In an effort to create synergy with BPS internal and external South Sumatra Provincial Government, especially related to data in the agricultural sector and the activities of the 2023 Agricultural Census later, the Head of BPS Sumsel, Zulkipli received a working visit from the Director of Food Crops Statistics, Horticulture and Plantations of BPS RI, Kardamanto (29-29). 31 May 2022).
One of the agenda for the working visit was the Director opening the Training for Updating Officers for the Directory of Agricultural Companies (DPP) and Other Farming Business Directories (DUTL) BPS South Sumatra Province, which was held at The Zuri Hotel Palembang (30/05).
The next visit, the Director took the time to attend an audience with the Head of the Department of Agriculture, Food Crops and Horticulture, South Sumatra Province. As a builder of statistical data, BPS is expected to provide support and input related to strategies/efforts to the South Sumatra Provincial Government, especially related to agricultural data.
On the last day of the Director's visit (31/05), he took the time to attend the BPS office of South Sumatra Province to fulfill an invitation to a podcast event with BPS South Sumatra employees. The podcast discusses the theme of the 2023 Agricultural Census activities in general and DPP/DUTL in particular.
On that occasion, the Director also provided support for the innovation of the SAPATANI Bulletin published by the BPS for the Province of South Sumatra as a form of communication media related to information on the preparation and planning of the 2023 Agricultural Census activities that have been prepared by the entire ST2023 team of BPS Regency/City in South Sumatra Province, which packaged in an interesting and informative way.
