South Sumatra Province PPPK BPS Technical Competency Selection

PPPK is an ASN employee who is appointed as an employee with a work agreement by the Civil Service Development Officer in accordance with the needs of the Government agency and the provisions of the Law. Located at the South Sumatra Province BPS office (30/11), the 2023 PPPK Technical Competency Selection for Psychological Tests and Job Practice Tests was held. The opening ceremony for the PPPK test was held directly by the Main Secretary of BPS RI via a zoom meeting. In the PPPK selection itself, there are two stages that must be carried out, namely administrative selection and competency selection. Administrative selection is a selection carried out to match job requirements and qualifications with the applicant's documents and background. Then, competency selection aims to assess whether applicants have managerial, technical and socio-cultural competencies in accordance with job competency standards.
