ST2023 Regional Coordination Meeting (Rakorda) of Sumatera Selatan Province

BPS-Statistics Sumatera Selatan Province held a Regional Coordination Meeting (Rakorda) for the 2023 Agricultural Census on 4 - 6 December 2023. The ST2023 Rakorda which was held at the Harper Palembang Hotel was opened directly by Acting. Governor of South Sumatra, Dr. H. Agus Fatoni, M.Si and attended by the Head of OPD, BPS ranks of South Sumatra Province and BPS districts/cities throughout South Sumatra. In his speech, Fatoni expressed his appreciation and emphasized the importance of the results of the 2023 Agricultural Census for development planning, especially in the agricultural sector.


The series of activities for the South Sumatra Province ST2023 Coordination Meeting began with the release of the ST2023 results dissemination which was carried out in stages, starting with the release of BPS RI and continued with the release of BPS South Sumatra Province. The South Sumatra Province BPS release was delivered directly by the Head of the South Sumatra Province BPS, Moh Wahyu Yulianto S.Si., SST, M.Si regarding the Dissemination of the Results of the 2023 Agricultural Census Phase I of the Southern Sumatra Province.


Apart from that, the ST2023 Coordination Meeting was also filled with evaluation activities and strengthening future work plans in each statistical function, capacity building, employee motivation and public relations material filled by competent resource persons in their fields, as well as a district/city BPS employee festival throughout South Sumatra. . In this activity, awards were also presented to the seven Love Statistics Villages (Desa Cantik) that were best in managing and utilizing statistical data which were handed over directly by the Acting Governor of South Sumatra.
