Number of tourists visiting Sumatera Selatan in Oktober 2018 as many as 1,148 people

·         The number of foreign tourists visiting foreign tourists in South Sumatra through the entrance of Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Airport in Palembang in October 2018 was 1,148 people. The number of foreign tourists coming to South Sumatra in October 2018 decreased by 1.03 percent compared to September 2018.

·         The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star hotels in South Sumatra in October 2018 reached an average of 58.12 percent, down 1.81 points compared to the September 2018 hotel TPK of 56.31 percent. Meanwhile, if observed according to hotel classification, it turns out that in October 2018 ROR for five-star hotels reached 88.59 percent and was the highest TPK compared to other star-rated hotels. While the lowest ROR for hotels is a two-star hotel, reaching 53.45 percent.

·         The average length of stay of foreign guests in October 2018 is 2.30 days which decreased by 1.94 days compared to the average length of stay of foreign guests in September 2018. While the average length of stay of guests of Nusantara / Domestic in October 2018 is 1.59 days and decreased by 0.06 days compared to the average length of stay of Nusantara / Domestic guests in September 2018.
