Abstract

The proportion of foreign tourist, arriving at Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin (SMB) II Palembang Airport, reached 4 visits.

The occupancy rate of Sumatera Selatan star hotel rooms in August 2023 was 58.86 percent, which increased by 3.99 percentage points compared to the previous month (m-to-m). Meanwhile the occupancy rate of Sumatera Selatan non-star hotel rooms in August 2023 was 21.52 percent.
The occupancy rate of a five-star hotel at 69.95 percent was the highest among all-star hotels while the lowest one is one-star hotel at 38.43 percent.
The average length of stay of star hotel guests in August 2023 was 1.42 days or rose by 0.10 days compared to July 2023 which is at 1.32 days.
