Abstract

  • South Sumatra's NTP in January 2025 increased by 0.45 percent compared to last month's NTP, namely from 128.53 to 129.11.
  • The increase in NTP in January 2025 was influenced by the increase in NTP in all subsectors, each of which increased: Food Crops 0.51 percent, Horticulture 11.31 percent, Plantation 0.20 percent, Livestock 0.39 percent, Fisheries 0.65 percent, Fisheries Catch 0.38 percent and Aquaculture 1.00 percent.
  • In January 2025, the Household Consumption Index (IKRT) for South Sumatra Province decreased by 0.23 percent, namely from 124.22 to 123.93.
  • The Agricultural Household Business Exchange Rate (NTUP) for South Sumatra Province in January 2025 was 130.83 or an increase of 0.12 percent compared to the previous month's NTUP.
