Gender Statistics of Sumatera Selatan Province 2024

The data used in this publication generally refers to the 2024 National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas) and the 2024 National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas).The purpose of the Gender Statistics Publication is to find out how big the role of women is in development, and how far the position of women is compared to men in various fields of development, from the perspective of population, employment, education and health. This picture can be useful as evaluation material for the success of development, especially in the field of increasing the role of women and can be used as a basis for making policies and development planning.
