Thursday (07/07) Deputy for Production Statistics, M. Habibullah inaugurated the 2023 Agriculture Census AGRO (Agriculture Room) located in the basement room of BPS South Sumatra Province.
BPS South Sumatra Province has turned the basement terrace into an aesthetic photo spot as well as the *AGRO (Agriculture Room) ST2023* icon. And of course, it became a dance for #SahabatData who visited BPS for South Sumatra Province to be able to have coffee while discussing any data and various indicators that BPS produced, especially regarding the implementation of ST2023 later.
Basement is often considered a visually unattractive place. The low ceiling and lack of natural light make this room not too noticed or even used as a storage warehouse. With the spirit of change and creativity, BPS Sumsel managed to change that point of view.
The event was also attended by the Head of the Department of Agriculture, Food Crops and Horticulture, South Sumatra Province, H.R. Bambang Pramono and his team and all levels of the Head of Regency/City BPS in South Sumatra. The inauguration of the District/City BPS AgroST2023 room was carried out simultaneously at the event through an online virtual zoom. BPS Regency/City presents a video launching AgroST2023 in their respective Regency/City which is displayed on zoom.
With the existence of this Agro space, it is hoped that it will become a place for solid coordination and collaboration of all parties involved in the implementation of the 2023 Agricultural Census in the future.
