Briefing on Preparation for the Susenas March 2024 Enumeration and Seruti First Quarter 2024

Ahead of the field enumeration of the National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas) on 19 February – 9 March 2024, on Thursday (15/2) an online briefing was held on preparations for the Susenas March 2024  and the First Quarter 2024 Household Economic Survey (Seruti). The briefing was opened directly by the Chief of BPS – Statistics of Sumatera Selatan Province, Moh Wahyu Yulianto S.Si. SST. M.Sc. and attended by the Heads and Susenas teams of BPS – Statistics of Regency/City in Sumatera Selatan. The agenda is the delivery of evaluations and strategics for field enumeration by Susenas team of BPS – Statistics of Sumatera Selatan Province.

On that occasion, the Chief of BPS – Statistics of Sumatera Selatan Province gave directions for the team to always monitor the process of Susenas March 2024 because later this survey would produce strategic socio-economic indicators, such as poverty, Gini ratio and HDI. The use of the 2-1-2 scheme and the SIEMAS application in field enumeration is a strategy and effort by BPS – Statistics of Sumatera Selatan Province to maintain the quality of the data produced.
