The Declaration of the Beautiful Village (Village of Statistic Love) in Ogan Ilir, South Sumatra

Thursday (9/6), Regent of Ogan Ilir, Panca Wijaya Akbar, S.H. accompanied by the Head of BPS South Sumatra Province, Dr. Ir. Zulkipli, M.Si, launched the Beautiful Village in the Ogan Ilir Regent's Meeting Room.

The launching event was attended directly by Forkopimda and OPD, all sub-districts throughout Ogan Ilir Regency, and the Head of Burai Village, Pipa Putih Village, and Kamal Village.

Desa Cinta Statistik (Desa Cantik) is a program to increase the competence of village officials in managing and utilizing data so that village development planning is more targeted.

This Beautiful Village is a program from the Central Statistics Agency based on the mandate of Law number 16 of 1997 and Presidential Decree number 39 of 2019 for the improvement of One Indonesian Data. In addition, Beautiful Village, which is also one of the BPS Quickwins programs, is also in line with the vision and mission of realizing: "Advanced South Sumatra for All"
